Our story so far
Based in Glastonbury, Jungle Cottages is a family owned independent customer service business that manages self-catering holiday accommodation in central Somerset.
Since 2010 we have been letting and managing residential property (long lets) and in this time our healthy obsession for customer service has won us many awards including recognition at national level.
In 2018 a long-time client persuaded us to manage a property as a holiday let. We welcomed our first guest in June 2018 and with every stay we have learnt lessons and improved what we do for owners and guests alike.
Providing beautiful accommodation is just one component of a great guest experience. In 2020 we produced our first visitors guide (Amazing Things To Do In Glastonbury – A Visitors Guide) and started blogging. Together our guides and blog provide an unparalleled source of information to help our guests make the most of their stay.
